christmas giggles.
December 22, 2009  |  about me, family, friends

This past weekend I ventured over to the forbidden T-Town (aka Tuscaloosa) for a dear friends Holiday Cotillion Ball. My dear friend, Cantrell, accompanied me as my “date”.

She was even ever so kind to bring me a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Really, all joking aside, we really made for a rather romantic evening…wouldn’t you say? We came to the conclusion that this was our equivalent of what you are served on a commercial airline flight through the air.

It was a a beautiful reuniting of the sophomore year “dumas house” roomies! Their presence made for a fun, super dance-filled evening.

only to return home to a quick strip of the dress, and change of “ambiance”, from  formal to SUPER informal. Greeted by my two younger cousins who were our spend the night company while they are out of school.

not only did they come, but Nick “Mr. Elf on the Shelf” also joined in on the fun.

Sara, my personal hairdresser for the night…

used LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of hair twisties

to give me the most awesome “new-do” I have ever sported! She is for hire if you’re in the search for a stylists.

After that job came to an end, we all switched hats to become chefs. We made lots of cookies, and they turned out in all shapes and sizes.

The “chef hat” got old real quick, and we moved on…needless to say it was a long, long night. And it was filled with lots of FUN!
