cold weather remedy
February 6, 2010  |  cusine, gifts, lovely things

It’s cold here, and rainy. Yuck! I feel a little under-the-weather. Winter is in full force, which doesn’t help at all. I would love a hot and comforting bowl of homemade chicken soup. Don’t we all when the 10 day forecast shows cold, cold and more COLD? “Chicken soup has long been touted by grandmas everywhere as being ‘good for what ails you’”. [+]  The only problem being when I (I think you’d agree) feel sluggish and tired, the last thing I feel like doing is to embarking on a cooking and cleaning adventure in the kitchen. So what to do? There is always the option of resorting to Cambell’s Chicken and Star, what your Mom always gave you. And you really cannot go wrong there, but I have a NEW option for you. I wish I had some right this very moment. Here it is right here, “A Spoonful of Comfort Chicken Soup“. “This soup is made and sent with love to warm your heart.” Send it to me a sick loved one, or even to yourself! Read the story behind the soup too, it is a touching story for sure!
