Rome it’s rectangular. Chicago it’s deep. @ Dominos it’s crispy, and at others it’s doughy. Naples-style is known as Neapolitan. New York it’s “New York style” and pretty much ”regular”. Sicilian traditionally features the cheese under the sauce, and if it’s thin it’s “nonna pizza”. New Haven it’s oblong, and D.C. it’s jumbo slices. Then there is grilled pizza, “bar-pizza”, stuffed pizza, and even California style with a Meditteranean twist. But in New York , pizza is taking on a whole new shape:
