Welcome to my blog, an account of life’s little sparkles. A sparkle reflects, and gives glimpses of light. Here I will share with you those sparkles in my life that bring BIG smiles to my face, accompanied by overwhelming excitement! I pray these little sparkles “ascribe to the LORD the glory His name deserves” (1 Chronicles 16:29a).

I am Julie. I have studied architecture for the past 5 years, and have a passion for design. Maybe this began at an early age, when my Mom was always dragging us in and out of antique and fabric stores. Overtime I willingly put on my big girl shoes and begged to tag along. In the past year my curiosity for design oust me from my Southern roots all the way to Rome, Italy, and lots of places in between! Not only design, but the Lord, family, traveling, pilates, running, and cooking ALL are little “sparkles” in my life! I love the beauty in simplicity and creativity; and I hope that you enjoy your visit to my blog!
