Garnet Hill just made my day. Look at these Bloch Baby Ballet Slippers. My sister-in-law owns a ballet studio, and has a passion for dance. If and only if she was about to  have a baby girl not trying to freak ya out Stacy then I would order these precious little things without a second thought. They are crafted by Bloch, “the world-renowned makers of professional ballet shoes.” One word: Adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“These exquisite baby ballet slippers are the height of infant fashion.”

CHRISTmas!

November 9, 2009  |  gifts, holidays, random  |  2 comments

How can we forget what Christmas is really about, after the word CHRISTmas gives it away. CHRIST. I am starting a new short, Christmas bible study next week, and I am really excited. The study, Advent Conspiracy, touches on four main points over a four week period: worship fully, spend less, give more, and love all. Above all, “It starts with Jesus. It ends with Jesus”, and that is how God intended it to be. Wouldn’t it be grand to breath life back into the true meaning of the Christmas season, instead of being left feeling void, stressed, and discontent. You too can join in on the world-changing event, and share or read stories of what other people around the world are doing to celebrate Jesus anew!

Do not fret, if you need help “Rethinking Christmas”, check out this site. I challenge you the think outside the box this year, make lots of memories, be crafty, DIY, volunteer somewhere, get involved with organizations, and remember to have FUN with it.  I know what you are thinking, a post about Christmas…already? Yet, it is really just around the corner, believe it or not! Are you in? Have any creative ideas to share, I would love to hear?!

Come tag-a-long:
